About us:
My name is Jurgita Meškauskaitė-Cilliers—Jurga for short. Over the past 16 years, I’ve read thousands of legal directory submissions and often thought: These could be presented so much better.
I spent many years as a Research Manager at Chambers and Partners, a role I truly loved. I also had a long-standing goal—to work for myself. So, in April 2024, I founded Assist with Directories (AwD) to help law firms unlock their full ranking potential through strategic advice.

More about me:
I am a business journalist by training. I am fascinated by how the legal work describes a country. I ask good questions.
I lived in the Netherlands, Denmark and my native Lithuania before I moved to London. I love travelling and in-person meetings.
As research manager at Chambers, I covered Spain, Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine among other jurisdictions.
I speak English, Russian, Lithuanian and I am on track to add Spanish by 2026.
