About us:
My name is Jurgita Meškauskaitė-Cilliers—Jurga for short. Over the past 16 years, I’ve read thousands of submissions for Chambers and Partners and often thought: "This could be presented so much better."
I spent many years as a Research Manager at Chambers and Partners, a role I truly loved. I also had a long-standing goal—to work for myself. So, in April 2024, I founded Assist with Directories (AwD) to help law firms unlock their full ranking potential through strategic advice on submissions to legal rankings.

I am a business journalist by training, fascinated by how legal research reflects a country’s business landscape. I excel at asking insightful questions.
Having lived in the Netherlands, Denmark, and my native Lithuania before moving to London, I enjoy traveling and in-person meetings.
As research manager at Chambers and Partners, I covered Spain, Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Ukraine, among other jurisdictions.
I speak English, Russian, Lithuanian, and I am on track to add Spanish by 2026.
